Working within the in-house 3D creative team at London’s leading departmental store, Selfridges. We worked on WastED, London’s fabulous campaign against food waste. We produced a pop up restaurant on the store roof.  Our brief was to build a restaurant that brought the visionary Dan Barber’s food to life. We sourced furniture and lighting from food waste with an outdoor area that represented the farming production and produced and managed the turnaround of the restaurant within a few months to create a home for visionary chefs, eager customers and celebrity guests.
